The service

MarksDrive provides the features described on this site. Some features require an account; guests can use the core features without saving.

Accounts

You can sign up with an email and password, or sign in with a third-party provider. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Imported content

Content imported from third-party websites remains subject to that site's own terms. We attribute the source site where appropriate. Your saved data belongs to you.

Estimates

Figures, costs, and times shown in MarksDrive are rough estimates for planning purposes, not guarantees.

Availability

MarksDrive is currently in beta. We work to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Acceptable use

Use the service as intended. Don't probe for other accounts, don't scrape at abusive rates, and don't use the service to build a competing product.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim (currently nothing, since the service is free).

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
